Return & Exchange Policy – London Couture Boutique

LONDON COUTURE BOUTIQUE Value your satisfaction and aim to make returns as seamless as possible. Please review our return policy below:

EXCHANGES ONLY – NO REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We only accept exchanges for
eligible items.
EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
All original tags must be attached.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, perfume, or deodorant.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, sale items, and accessories cannot be exchanged.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
Contact us within 7 days with your order number.
Customer is responsible for return shipping.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Report within 48 hours with photos for resolution.
STORE CREDIT
Approved exchanges will be issued as store credit only

 

Important: Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the package. Eligible items are accepted for store credit only. No refunds are issued under any circumstances.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains (e.g., makeup or deodorant marks). All tags must be attached, and items should be in their original packaging.

  • Items that show signs of wear or use, or violate the conditions above, will not be accepted for return.

  • We reserve the right to block accounts for policy abuse, including instances of wearing and returning items.

Unaccepted items can be sent back to the customer at their expense. If reshipping fees are not paid within 30 days, the items will be discarded, and no credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Defective or incorrect items must be reported via email within 24 hours of receiving your package. Send an email to [insert email address] with detailed pictures. Items reported beyond 24 hours will not qualify for credit or replacement.

Customer-inflicted damages, such as cuts made while opening the package, do not qualify for replacements. Please exercise caution when unboxing your order.


Exchanges

Due to high demand and limited quantities, we do not offer exchanges or hold merchandise. Follow our return process to receive store credit, which you can use toward another purchase. Store credits do not expire!


Credit Processing

We strive to process returns promptly:

  • Expect processing within 10-15 business days upon receipt of your package.

  • During peak holiday seasons, processing may take 15-25 business days.

Once processed, your store credit will be issued via gift card to your email. Credit covers the original purchase price and applicable taxes but excludes shipping fees.


Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale items, accessories, handbags, swimwear, bodysuits, and face masks.


Order Cancellations & Pickups

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed due to our rapid processing system.

  • Items not picked up within 30 days will be returned to inventory, and a store credit will be issued.
