  1. Appointments & Consultations

    • All consultations are by appointment only. Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience.

    • We require 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellations.

  2. Custom Orders

    • Custom couture pieces are made to measure. Exact details of your order will be outlined during consultation.

    • A deposit of [percentage or amount] is required to begin the process. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  3. Alterations

    • Complimentary alterations are available within 30 days of delivery for custom pieces. Beyond this period, additional fees may apply.

  4. Payments & Refunds

    • Payments can be made via. AFTERPAY. Visa, Mastercard. PayPal , Final payments are required before delivery of your item.

    • Due to the bespoke nature of our products, refunds are only permitted in cases of proven manufacturing defects.

  5. Privacy

    • Any personal information collected during consultations or transactions will be handled with the utmost confidentiality, per our privacy policy.

  6. Liability

    • LONDONCOUTUREBOUTIQUE is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain disruptions or weather-related issues.

  7. Intellectual Property

    • All designs are the intellectual property of LONDONCOUTURE Duplication or reproduction without permission is strictly prohibited.

  8. General Agreement

    • By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.
